- All items purchased from Eazelyf portal are covered by respective Seller’s guarantee/warranty.
- Buyers should intimate us about damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receipt of such materials from the respective sellers. No claim for replacement of goods or refund of money, as the case may be, will be entertained beyond the stipulated time period as above.
- Being notified by the buyer, Eazelyf will contact respective seller and will do the needful coordination between buyer & seller for dispute resolution through replacement of materials, refund of money or by other means as the case may be.
- Both in the case of return and replacement of materials or return and refund of money, cost of reverse & re logistic will be borne by the seller. In the case of a refund the same will be issued within 14 days from the date of lifting defective goods from the buyer’s premises.
